JARPA: Early review and online submittal

The iPRMT JARPA provides participating agencies with a virtual pre-application review and the ability to submit their JARPA electronically.

Using iPRMT, applicants have an opportunity to discuss their project with the permitting agencies before submitting their JARPA. This preliminary step is called an Early Project Review (EPR) and it is optional for the applicant. If an applicant chooses to have an EPR, the information they provide can be copied into an online JARPA form using the tools in iPRMT so information doesn't need to be re-entered. Read more ...

While Yacolt is currently served by septic systems there is concern groundwater recharge by these systems may result in negative impact to groundwater and area wells.
